Jelly Light is a unique, eye-catching light sculpture. The
extraordinary combination of materials used creates an
unusual lighting effect which can be applied almost
anywhere. The technique used allows the colour and the
intensity of the light to vary constantly and has
therefore a special effect on the character of the
environment where the Jelly Light is installed.
The light source of the
Jelly Light is fitted inside a light generator. An
optional colour wheel, with a range of colours, can be
supplied with the generator. In combination with a
programmable system you can create dynamic light and
colour scenes to the light.
Light from the generator
reaches the Jelly Light through fibres infused in
transparent rubber. Due to the light conducting quality of
the fibres the generator can be placed up to eight meters
away from the Jelly Light with negligible loss of light.
This means that the Jelly Light can be installed in
relatively inaccessible places, while the generator
remains easily accessible.
