New GreenLight

What is New GreenLight?

New GreenLight (The European GreenLight Programme in New Member States, EIE 05/192) is a project funded in part by the European Commission and organised in 8 central and eastern European countries to promote the GreenLight programme in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia, and in France (ADEME).

It has started on January 1. 2006 and will be running throughout 2007 and 2008.
The goal of the project is to promote the idea of energy efficient lighting in non-residential premises and to attract new GreenLight partners and endorsers in each of the above mentioned countries.

Throughout the New GreenLight project, several promotion materials have been produced, notably the guidelines for partners and endorsers, brochures and leaflets, presentations and media articles.
These all are available on the main www.eu-greenlight.org website.
In addition, you can ask the project coordinator, SEVEn, The Energy Efficiency Center, Czech Republic, for a CD-Rom with a complete set of all these documents in all the project languages.
