30 September 2001 - Deadline for submission of the Registration Form.
By this date you have to send by mail or e-mail, (please try to avoid using the fax, unless it is the only way of communication) only your completed Registration form (one for each model you want to enter).
You will receive by 31 October 2001 confirmation of your registration and for each of your model a participation number.
31 December 2001 - Deadline for submission of the flatwork.
All flatwork (drawings or photographs of the model enabling the judges to judge your entry) should be on a maximum of three A2 boards with a completed label on the back clearly identifying the model's number. Please note that at this stage you do not have to build a prototype, and in any case you shall not send any prototype or existing model.
You will receive by 31 January 2002 a Notification if you are a selected finalist, not selected finalist will receive the notification by 28 February.
5 April 2002 - Deadline for submission of the working prototypes.
Your working prototype shall be in Frankfurt by this date for the final judging, all the prototypes submitted by this date will be exhibited at the Light+Building Fair in Frankfurt.
15 April 2002
The winner will be informed and details of the award Ceremony will be announced.
